Beschreibung

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the foreclosure department • Coach and motivate the foreclosure department to achieve desired results • Perform hands-on training of new hires • Conduct periodic desk reviews and annual performance reviews • Organize and assign workloads according to foreclosure file volume • Write or approve foreclosure department letters • Assist subordinates with difficult foreclosure activities • Examine work quality and conformance to policies and procedures • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency • Monitor foreclosure attorneys and their quality of service • Manage and coordinate clerical support staff • Directly manage foreclosure department employees • Interview and hire new employees • Reward and discipline employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws • Address complaints and resolve problems • Review and respond to internal and external Quality Reviews • Comply with company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University and 6-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word, Excel, Fiserv, Tempo and Business Objects • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Must be able to sit and talk or hear frequently; occasionally stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required
