Beschreibung

• Oversee the Retirement Plan Operations Quality program • Lead a team of Quality professionals and oversee vendor resources • Drive the quality program’s strategy and execution to strengthen operational performance, mitigate risk, and enhance customer and business outcomes • Mentor and develop talent • Lead complex participant- and plan-level audits and reviews • Oversee offshore vendor partners conducting participant-level audit activities • Balance workloads, set priorities, and ensure work meets performance and documentation standards • Hire, train, provide feedback to, and evaluate team members • Lead complex reviews and testing for adherence to company procedures, regulatory requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley, ERISA, and critical controls • Analyze audit results and operational data to identify trends, control gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities • Communicate audit findings, risk implications, and recommended actions to business stakeholders • Develop and maintain quality metrics and scorecards • Recommend and implement process, procedure, and control improvements • Partner with stakeholders on corrective action plans, issue resolution, and remediation monitoring

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of audit or quality assurance experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role • 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail • Ability to evaluate information and data trends, solve challenging but non-complex problems, apply sound judgment to draw conclusions and act effectively in situations with limited standardization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Demonstrated success leading quality audit programs, ideally within retirement operations, with a focus on strengthening controls, mitigating risk, and improving operational performance • Experience managing offshore vendor partnerships, including quality governance, performance oversight, and alignment to audit standards and business objectives • Ability to lead the transformation of a quality organization from decentralized teams to a centralized, enterprise-wide model
