Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary Power segment contact for Investor Relations • Lead preparation of Q&A responses aligned with segment data and strategy • Digitize and automate processes replacing manual Excel-based collection • Provide strategic ad hoc analytics as CFO analyst • Lead recurring operational and financial activities for the Power segment • Synthesize monthly Bowlers commentary • Coordinate Executive Leadership Team letters, calendars, and communications • Support Budget & Strategy planning and close cycles • Provide financial modeling updates for the Strat 360 journey • Lead and support close activities, including Gas Power data requests, margin walks, and supplemental financial reporting • Lead segment-wide projects involving Ledger Base Reporting, operational hierarchy transitions, Nuclear/Hydro BAM implementation, and Workday Tier 3/4 updates • Liaise with Business Lines finance teams to support communication, feedback, and adoption of reporting standards • Drive digital and process transformation across the global finance organization • Secure stakeholder buy-in and manage deployment lifecycles for financial tools • Execute change management plans to maximize end-user adoption and efficiency • Maintain controllership and financial compliance with GE Vernova policies and internal controls • Coach and develop a high-performing finance team • Cultivate critical thinking and creative problem-solving • Lead ad hoc initiatives including Direct Air Capture, Enterprise Risk Management, and Pricing Steering Committee work

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 7 years of finance experience of increasing responsibility • Experience leading people preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to partner/push an operating team • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
