Beschreibung

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and job brief through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close • Recruit across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality functions • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers as their trusted partner and primary point of contact • Source and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and talent communities • Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Ensure ATS data accuracy and process compliance • Share knowledge, best practices, and market insights with peers • Guide hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment process

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of recruiting experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Bilingual in French and English preferred • Hands-on sourcing experience with a track record of building strong candidate pipelines preferred • Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred • Experience supporting recruiting across Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, LEAN, or Quality functions preferred
