Beschreibung

• Deploy recruiting strategies using traditional sourcing technologies and resources and develop new, creative recruiting ideas • Prospect databases and identify and contact top educational professionals to build rapport, generate referrals, and qualify candidates for submission • Develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Communicate consistently and effectively with candidates • Engage and convert inquiries into interested candidates • Conduct interviews and reference checks • Market candidates by skill and evaluate, qualify, or disqualify applicants • Network creatively and participate in industry recruiting blogs or forums • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting • Fill open positions efficiently and effectively while collaborating with the team to achieve fulfillment goals • Manage clinicians on assignments • Document all activities in internal systems • Interact with sales, recruitment, staffing, and credentialing teams • Identify company and team areas for ongoing improvement • Provide superb internal and external customer service • Work toward individualized KPIs for calls, submittals, and placements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-3 years of related Recruitment experience • Previous experience in healthcare or education staffing is a plus • Works well under pressure • Highly motivated • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and positive attitude • Collaborative, responsive, proactive team player • Able to identify issues to be handled and those that may need to be elevated • Proficient on a PC including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations • Excellent organizational, decision-making and time management skills
