Beschreibung

• Lead, mentor, and support a group of Compliance team members • Review and approve applicant, move-in, transfer, and recertification files • Conduct and oversee on-site and remote compliance audits • Identify deficiencies, document findings, and coordinate corrective action and resolution • Prepare and submit responses to agency audits, Management and Occupancy Reviews, agency inquiries, and regulatory requests • Monitor lease-ups, occupancy, waitlists, Limited Admission Plans, EIV master binders, and other compliance requirements • Analyze site-level information, regulatory documents, program contracts, and property-level data • Maintain compliance forms, documentation, internal resources, procedures, and departmental workflows • Validate compliance forms, system configurations, and site assignments within RealPage OneSite and other software systems • Partner with the Training team to develop and deliver compliance training • Communicate regulatory or process changes to property teams and internal stakeholders • Stay current on affordable housing regulations and provide guidance through weekly office hours and problem-solving support

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of direct affordable housing compliance experience • Extensive experience in LIHTC and HUD programs; experience with PBRA and HOME is strongly preferred • COS or TCS certification required; HCCP certification preferred • Experience managing and developing people • Extensive experience working with state agencies, responding to audits and regulatory inquiries, and resolving compliance deficiencies • Strong knowledge of HUD 4350.3, EIV, LIHTC income limits and rent calculations, Fair Housing, IRS 8823 requirements, Reasonable Accommodation processes, and other applicable affordable housing regulations • Experience with RealPage OneSite or a similar property management system • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills • Ability to travel approximately 2–3 days at a time every other month, with occasional overnight travel as needed
