Beschreibung

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment and resolve product-location issues before late or incomplete shipments • Proactively manage base inventory and flag shortage risks • Process new orders accurately and on schedule • Run inventory reviews for promotions and new item launches • Track OTIF performance, chargebacks, and late trucks and drive process improvements • Manage 3PL and logistics partner relationships, resolve escalations, and enforce SLAs • Build and document SOPs for receiving, lot/expiry management, promotions, and returns • Identify tools, including AI, and workflow changes to improve retail operations efficiency • Connect internal operations, 3PLs, and retail accounts while reporting to the Director of Retail Operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, order fulfillment, or replenishment in a CPG environment • Analytical approach to work • Direct experience with Walmart and Club channels, including Sam's Club and Costco • Experience with distributors such as UNFI or KeHE is ideal • Understanding of EDI order management, lot codes, and expiration handling in retail fulfillment • Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling • Comfort with ERP/WMS systems; Fulfil.io is a strong plus • Clear and confident communication with internal teams and external retail/logistics partners • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude • Track record of identifying and fixing inefficiencies • Proactive, organized under pressure, independent, data-driven, curious, and iterative approach
