Beschreibung

• Lead financial reporting consolidation, analytics, and communication processes for the COO Finance organization • Deliver the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly variance analysis, latest thinking development, and annual multi-year Strategic Plan • Manage process calendars and improve the quality and timeliness of process execution • Lead development and delivery of Quarterly Financial Review packages to the Executive Leadership Team • Design standardized reporting content and ad hoc decision-support analyses • Develop and manage the COO Finance transformation priority list • Partner with IT, finance, accounting, and third-party resources on technology-enabled solutions • Automate standardized reporting and develop real-time dashboards and analytics • Drive process optimization for the Oracle Cloud implementation go-live • Lead monthly manufacturing and supply chain financial performance reviews and track follow-up actions • Communicate with global finance and operations teams across multiple time zones • Support acquisition integration and divestiture execution as needed • Own month-end processes and related accounting and audit requirements • Drive standardization, documentation, transparency, predictability, and process improvement • Partner with Corporate Accounting and auditors on recurring audit and pre-audit requirements • Design and own standardized investment financial modeling for the COO Finance organization • Influence improvements in Corporate standards and policy development • Initially work as an individual contributor, with potential to build and lead a small Financial Analyst team

🎯 Anforderungen

• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Math required • 8 years of experience in financial analysis and planning with multinational companies required • Advanced knowledge of Excel • PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Hyperion, Demantra, and Oracle are a plus • Master's Degree preferred • CPA preferred • Ability to partner with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, IT, finance, and external experts • Experience designing and managing financial reporting, planning, and analytics processes • Experience developing trusted business-partner relationships, ideally within a global manufacturing and supply chain function • Ability to translate complex financial reporting and analytics requirements into technology requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with global finance and operations teams across multiple time zones • Willingness to travel 10%
