Beschreibung

• Lead client workstreams from discovery through implementation, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact and facilitate stakeholder discussions about regulatory requirements in professional services firms • Translate complex business requirements into scalable process, technology, data, and operating-model recommendations • Develop and manage consulting plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status reporting • Analyze current-state law, processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities • Guide solution configuration, data migration planning, testing, quality assurance, and change-management activities • Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations and recommend course corrections • Create and present executive-ready materials communicating findings, recommendations, decisions, and outcomes • Partner with sales and engagement leadership on scoping, estimates, and proposed approaches • Contribute to Harbor’s consulting methodology, reusable assets, quality standards, and continuous-improvement efforts • Mentor junior team members and strengthen Harbor’s delivery methods

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience working within a law firm or other regulated professional service firm, ideally with exposure to risk or business acceptance functions; alternatively, experience at a management consultancy advising professional services firms • Experience leading substantial workstreams or complex projects in a client-facing environment focused on business process optimization, including technology implementation or adaptation • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field • Ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable solutions • Experience managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating workshops, and communicating with executives and technical teams • Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency with Excel, presentation tools, and business systems or data platforms • Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality work, and exercise sound judgment in fast-moving environments • Collaborative, self-directed working style and experience partnering with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
