Beschreibung

• Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP Group Reporting, including incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in accordance with SLA commitments • Configure and maintain SAP Group Reporting objects, including consolidation units, versions, hierarchies, elimination rules, and currency translation methods • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data • Collaborate with Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions • Manage and resolve tickets through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues • Support integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, as well as other feeder systems • Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and related testing activities • Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain functional and technical documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and SOPs • Support intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, and financial reporting processes • Work with SAP Analysis for Office and related reporting/data visualization capabilities • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the AMS team • Stay current with SAP product roadmaps and emerging SAP Group Reporting capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and/or SAP Group Reporting • Experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and financial reporting dashboards • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM • Familiarity with IFRS 18 reporting standards • SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Group Reporting • Experience working in a global, multi-entity consolidation environment • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry • Experience supporting SAP Finance applications in an AMS/support environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask with limited supervision • Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities • Quick learner and self-starter • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and business teams • Ability to understand and adhere to change management procedures and internal guidelines • Authorization to work in the United States • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder • Comfortable working on W2 • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
