Beschreibung

• Ensure compliance and execution with JLL and client requirements • Deliver performance management reporting, HSSE reporting and auditing • Provide technical reporting and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues • Manage trend analysis and adjust management systems as necessary • Provide JLL and client teams with key performance and risk indicators • Lead or support operating-site reporting requirements under client contracts • Support environmental compliance efforts specified in JLL/client MSAs and SOWs • Perform complex audits for account compliance and risk management • Ensure facilities operations meet local, state, national and client-specific requirements • Maintain compliance documentation and proactively address regulatory gaps • Develop and maintain governance structures, methodologies, procedures, playbooks, templates and reporting mechanisms • Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics • Ensure alignment with account strategy, business priorities and JLL standards • Maintain centralized tracking systems and dashboards for initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, reviews, root cause analysis and best-practice dissemination • Identify and implement process-streamlining opportunities • Develop and maintain reporting and auditing systems • Maintain and audit data records for accuracy and compliance • Capture digital records for OSHA and ISO safety inspections • Create legally defensible audit logs for regulatory inspections • Enforce purchasing policies and NTE thresholds, and validate invoices • Eliminate billing errors, curb rogue spending and automate invoice reconciliation • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and reports • Serve as liaison between operations and account operational and facilities management service lines • Ensure compliance with JLL and client policies, contracting requirements, regulations and audit standards • Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and performance excellence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business • 3+ years of HSSE experience • 3+ years in auditing and reporting • 3+ years in performance management • Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures • Strong presentation and communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Information management proficiency • Collaborative management style • Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients • Ability to identify and work through root causes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
