Beschreibung

• Cover the Upstate NY territory, including community accounts in Connecticut and New York • Optimize hematology operational strategy and readiness for execution within community accounts • Collaborate with J&J Oncology field teams and build relationships with key community-account stakeholders • Educate and train account staff on efficiency practices supporting product delivery • Serve as subject matter expert on economic value, payer changes, practice economics, and delivery processes • Advise on patient affordability programs • Train clinical staff on product delivery, administration, monitoring, adverse-event management, and reporting • Assist sales-force members with product promotion, product access, pull-through, and reimbursement • Support patient care transitions and optimize adherence and viable sites of care • Mentor doctors and staff on practice management, operations, scheduling, staffing, pre-authorization, reimbursement, capacity, inventory, and efficiency • Remove operational barriers involving EHR/order sets, transitions of care, and partnerships • Drive pull-through of professional education and brand resources • Implement EHR patient identification pull-through and embed patient access and affordability resources into community EHR systems • Manage customer accounts holistically by leveraging resources, collaborating with business partners, and articulating customer value propositions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in practice management • Valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time • Reside in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to it • Work-related experience in Oncology preferred • Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred • Experience working with field teams preferred • Practice management and operations experience, or applicable experience in a similar role leading a total office call, preferred • BA/BS or degree in a related field preferred
