Beschreibung

• Manage international market research projects through the entire project lifecycle • Review project specifications, set up projects, plan resources, fieldwork, and timelines • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and clarify specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Oversee programming, translations, overlays, and testing while ensuring quality standards and timelines • Execute project launches and analysis, providing clients with detailed feedback and solution-oriented approaches • Manage fieldwork, recruitment, project budgets, client updates, and financial goals • Ensure market research participants have a positive project experience and handle incentive approvals and project queries • Deliver agreed client deliverables within expected timelines and quality standards • Meet billing deadlines and goals while adhering to internal processes • Support Senior Project Managers and Project Directors on complex or large projects • Provide project coverage when a partnering project manager is out of office • Comply with M3 operating procedures, ISO accreditation requirements, and M3 policies • Manage vendor relationships to support accurate and timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution • Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to address issues and improve market research study performance • Support client service improvement plans on allocated accounts • Design and request multichannel recruitment methodologies, including email campaigns, calling, desk research, text messages, online advertising, referral schemes, forums, blogs, patient groups, associations, and social media

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 1–2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines • Ability to work GMT/BST hours from 9:30am to 6pm
