Beschreibung

• Define and deliver the Sandringham advisory relationship engagement strategy aligned to M&G Advice priorities • Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution • Build relationships with advisers, gauge needs, and develop proposals • Act as escalation point for complex relationship issues • Strengthen adviser engagement across platform, investment, and tax solutions • Own the adviser engagement plan, including adviser events and communications • Drive inflows and net flow growth through targeted adviser engagement • Identify new business opportunities, markets, clients, partnerships, products, and services • Create strategies to reach new commercial opportunities • Support campaigns, events, and local initiatives • Partner with M&G Advice, Platform, MPS, and wider UKI teams • Influence stakeholders through insight, analysis, and recommendations • Represent Sandringham at industry events and forums • Monitor relationship performance and identify improvement opportunities • Use MI and adviser insights to inform strategy and decision-making • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver high-quality reporting • Develop understanding of company products, industry competition, and positioning • Ensure adherence to regulatory and governance standards • Improve processes, tools, and ways of working • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong relationship leadership and senior-level stakeholder management • Strategic thinking with ability to deliver commercially • Data-driven decision-making and insight generation • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills • Deep understanding of the UK financial advice market, including platforms, MPS, investments, and tax wrappers • Proven track record in a fast-paced, sales-led environment • Strong knowledge of adviser operating models and back-office mechanics • Experience driving lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth • Understanding of governance and regulatory frameworks • Commercially astute and results-driven • Self-starter with high accountability and resilience • Collaborative, credible, and client-focused • Strong presentation and consultative capability • Relevant financial services qualifications such as FPC, AFPC, or ACII are desirable
