Beschreibung

• Develop and execute product line strategy, product roadmaps, business cases, and portfolio expansion plans • Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities • Capture customer feedback from pharma, biotech, and academic customers through field-based commercial teams • Gather market insights from conferences, publications, and key opinion leaders • Conduct and synthesize voice-of-customer research to inform product strategy, requirements, and customer journey • Partner with R&D to define product requirements, specifications, and performance metrics • Define product positioning, pricing, and differentiation for multiplexed immunoassay and proteomics products • Support marketing collateral and training materials for product launches • Own commercial success and full lifecycle management, including new product introduction, forecasting, pricing, supply continuity, and product transitions • Define and analyze KPIs for product-line performance and continual improvement • Perform competitive product analysis and develop tactics to address competition • Collaborate with Assay Development, Quality, Operations, Global Sales Management, Sales, Scientific Support, Customer Service, and Finance • Develop and manage tactical marketing and training programs and processes to improve marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty • Mentor and guide Product Managers on messaging, market sizing, financial forecasts, pricing, and marketing expertise

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing, communications, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum seven years of experience in product management • Proven success positioning, managing, and marketing Life Science products through their life cycles to multiple customer segments • Understanding of immunoassay platforms, their development, and applicability in different research fields • Understanding of technical and biological complexities in developing and commercializing tools for intracellular target measurement • Familiarity with flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blot • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities, complex issues, deadlines, and deliverables • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, proactivity, and self-motivation • Ability to advise, mentor, and guide teammates in product management best practices • Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed • Occasional travel up to 20% • Meso Scale Diagnostics uses E-Verify to validate candidates’ work eligibility
