Beschreibung

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach • Assist in building sourcing strategies to uncover high-quality candidate pools • Partner with senior recruiters to learn best practices and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding • Help promote Modaxo through recruitment marketing efforts • Source talent for positions across business units and geographic regions as assigned • Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Support recruitment events, networking activities, and talent acquisition initiatives • Contribute to projects enhancing recruitment practices, tools, processes, and candidate experience • Maintain accurate recruitment records, tracking, metrics, and hiring documentation in real time • Manage hiring administration, including new hires, internal transfers, and promotions • Conduct Day One onboarding and new hire orientation activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR experience; relevant internships or coursework are welcome • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • Eager to learn, coachable, and detail-oriented • Strong business relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills • Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency • Ability to understand and communicate business and role requirements effectively • Developing skills in assessing candidate qualifications and capabilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to grow into more complex recruiting work
