Beschreibung

• Own significant areas of PayBox end-to-end, from problem identification and approach definition through production iteration • Take a recently launched product through its next phase of 0→1 development and growth • Build payment and peer-to-peer transfer experiences for AI interfaces • Build integrations across AI platforms, applications, and the PayBox ecosystem • Develop infrastructure and product experiences for new applications and integrations • Collaborate with Product to turn ambitious ideas into usable experiences • Improve PayBox onboarding and UX and remove user friction • Reason from first principles about difficult technical and product problems • Move across the product and technical stack based on highest-impact problems • Use AI extensively while maintaining technical reasoning, judgment, and attention to detail • Work closely with the Chief Engineer and a small, focused team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Exceptional technical reasoning and strong engineering fundamentals • Ability to break down unfamiliar, ambiguous problems and reason toward solutions • High agency and ownership of problem identification and resolution • Experience building and shipping meaningful products, projects, or systems end-to-end • Thoroughness and strong attention to detail • Strong systems thinking and ability to make architectural decisions • Product judgment • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities • Independent thinking in an AI-native environment • Extensive, accountable use of AI tools • Deep motivation for ownership and product outcomes • Nice-to-have: experience as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup • Nice-to-have: experience founding and building a company or product • Nice-to-have: experience taking a product from idea through launch and iteration • Nice-to-have: experience in small, highly autonomous engineering teams • Bonus: experience building AI-native products, agents, or developer tooling • Bonus: experience with payments, fintech, crypto, or DeFi • Bonus: previous experience with MCP or other emerging agent protocols • No specific technology stack, domain background, crypto experience, or MCP experience is required
