Beschreibung

• Plan, implement, and manage Dependency Court Improvement Program projects • Supervise and direct staff working on problem-solving court technical assistance activities • Evaluate and recommend methods for delivering dependency court services • Coordinate, facilitate, and conduct training programs for judges, court staff, and child welfare stakeholders • Support management of grant deliverables, budgeting, and contracts • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with judges, magistrates, court personnel, child welfare partners, clerks of court, attorneys, and the public • Participate in interagency workgroups to improve court processing and services for children and families • Provide project management for federal dependency court improvement projects • Support the Dependency Court Improvement Panel and Steering Committee on Families and Children in the Court • Oversee technical assistance activities for dependency problem-solving courts • Provide direct supervision and oversee staff work • Support continuous quality improvement strategies for the Dependency Court Improvement Program

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, court/judicial administration, court/judicial management, business management, legal studies, or a closely related field • Six years of related work experience • Two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity • Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis • Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis, excluding supervisory experience • Complete and accurate online application profile with detailed employment and qualification information • Successful fingerprinting and satisfactory criminal background check • U.S. citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the United States • Availability for reasonable suspicion drug testing under the Drug-Free Workplace Act
