Beschreibung

• Report to the Regional Vice President • Manage daily operations at a senior living community • Meet or exceed financial and operational goals, client objectives, and customer satisfaction targets • Manage and develop employees and create a positive work environment • Direct or assist the Executive Chef and staff with menu writing, cost control, food production, execution, and presentation • Ensure food quality and compliance with standards • Oversee catering operations • Maintain vendor relationships and monitor purchasing guidelines • Oversee supplies, equipment, work areas, food purchasing, receiving, inventory, and quality control • Arrange equipment purchases or repairs as needed • Determine production schedules and staffing requirements • Support payroll processing • Maintain safety, food handling, sanitation, uniform, and productivity standards • Create and record production or operational data • Create procedures and strategies to improve unit performance • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements • Participate in business reviews and presentations • Maintain frequent client communication and facilitate monthly/quarterly meetings • Manage controllable expenses, P&L, food costs, labor, supplies, uniforms, and equipment • Generate financial reports, assist with budgeting, analyze and report P&L, develop forecasts, explain variances, and manage unit accounting functions • Oversee inventory management and price fluctuation updates • Participate in monthly P&L reviews with the corporate office • Direct, motivate, train, supervise, and manage performance of direct and indirect reports • Provide superior customer service • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience or demonstrated capability managing daily operations in a senior living community or comparable hospitality setting • Ability to manage annual revenue of $1M+ • Communication proficiency • Customer/client focus • Problem solving/analysis • Leadership • Team oriented • Project management • Supervisory responsibility for all unit employees • Responsible for performance management and hiring of direct or indirect reports within the unit
