• Safely assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while protecting clients’ dignity • Change linens, perform light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized home environment • Provide medication reminders and monitor symptoms • Observe changes and document vitals or red-flag signs for the supervising nurse • Provide therapeutic engagement through reading aloud, reminiscence, range-of-motion exercises, and short walks • Record care notes, progress, and concerns in the digital charting system before each shift ends • Deliver non-medical home care supporting clients’ dignity, safety, comfort, and independence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate) • Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes • Clear, confident communication • Passion for relationship-centered care • Legally authorized to work in the US • Certified Home Health Aid License in NJ
