Outcapped positioniert sich als praktisches, reaktionsfähiges externes Operationsteam für missionsgetriebene Startups und Organisationen mit dem Ziel, Gründer und Kernteams von manuellen Operationen zu befreien, damit sie sich auf Produkt, Wirkung und Fundraising konzentrieren können.

Beschreibung

• Own searches from kickoff through offer and onboarding • Manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple roles and clients • Run structured screening calls and guide candidates through the process • Work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs and role requirements • Advise on hiring approach, candidate profiles, and what “good” looks like for each search • Build candidate pipelines using a variety of channels beyond LinkedIn • Engage passive candidates with thoughtful, tailored outreach • Run structured hiring processes using repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices • Set up and manage pipelines in Ashby (our primary ATS), including stages, workflows, and templates • Contribute to improving Outcapped’s recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with ownership of end-to-end searches • Experience scaling organizations and operating in ambiguity • Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and helping shape hiring decisions through clear, informed recommendations • Strong sourcing experience in building pipelines beyond LinkedIn • You actively look for ways to use tools, including AI, to eliminate manual work and improve how hiring gets done • Experience in using Ashby (or an equivalent ATS) • Clear, professional communication and strong follow-through.
