Beschreibung

• Coordinate C-sUAS training logistics, including facilities, equipment, transportation, and billeting across multiple sites • Process student nominations, rosters, and administrative requirements for Domestic Shield, onboarding, BDOC, and Joint Force C-sUAS training • Support the MTT Synchronization Cell Lead with calendar maintenance, status tracking, and deconfliction • Prepare and distribute training schedules, orders, and supporting documentation aligned with JCU standards • Track training metrics, attendance, completion data, and instructor surge capacity • Serve as a primary point of contact for instructors, cadre, and units on operational matters • Assist with surge planning and rapid response to emerging C-sUAS training requirements • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience • Minimum of five (5) years of DoW training or operations experience • 5+ years of training operations, administrative, or logistics coordination experience • Active Secret clearance required • U.S. Citizen • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience supporting military training pipelines, Mobile Training Teams, or C-sUAS / base defense training • Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University or JIATF-401 constructs preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-tempo environment
