Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain automations, workflows, and AI agents across HiBob, Ashby, and Remote • Transform multi-step manual People Ops processes into automated workflows • Own and maintain the People Ops data layer across HiBob, Ashby, and Remote • Keep system data clean and resolve integration and schema issues • Run end-to-end new joiner onboarding and continually automate manual steps • Administer promotions, transfers, and terminations across systems • Build validation rules, alerts, and review steps to prevent payroll and compliance data errors • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and playbooks for onboarding, offboarding, and systems administration • Partner with stakeholders on UK employment and compliance judgement calls • Measure automation scope, time saved, data accuracy, request resolution time, and compliance-related error reduction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hands-on experience with automation/workflow tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool or similar) • Experience building or configuring AI agents • Experience with structured data and APIs, including reasoning about schemas and integrations • Experience administering SaaS platforms, including permissions, workflows, and integrations • Ideally experience across an HRIS/ATS/EOR stack such as HiBob, Ashby, and Remote, or comparable business systems • Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally remote and across multiple geographies • Comfortable working asynchronously across EMEA time zones • Exposure to People Ops, HR systems, or UK employment practices is a bonus, not a requirement • Legal right to work and remain in the country in which you intend to work from
