Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap for the Seeking core experience across web and native mobile • Set North Star and input metrics and defend prioritization decisions to product, executive, and engineering leadership • Sketch, wireframe, and create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, Framer, or code • Write specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering implementation • Use agent-assisted environments to produce real, testable artifacts • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for activation, engagement, retention, and monetization • Instrument features with the data layer in mind using product and mobile analytics • Conduct member conversations, attend user interviews, and review support tickets • Incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap and advocate for members in trade-off discussions • Build and refine agent workflows and contribute to the internal product playbook • For the Senior Product Manager level, own broader strategy and execution, set standards, drive prioritization, and mentor and review as the product function scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• Referenceable end-to-end shipping history with specific customer outcomes and measurable metrics • Demonstrated ability to personally drive research, prototyping, specification, and launch • Strong UX and design sensibility; ability to prototype, critique, and defend product design choices • Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP-based workflows • Technical fluency including reading code, writing SQL, understanding APIs and data schemas, and understanding modern consumer software deployment • Hands-on fluency with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or comparable product and mobile analytics • Native mobile experience on iOS and/or Android strongly preferred • Outstanding written communication for specs, briefs, and decision documents • Systems thinking and business instincts across conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization • Ability to hold strategy conversations with the founder • Product Manager level: 2–4 years in product, product engineering, design engineering, or a comparable operator role; ideally in consumer B2C, mobile, or subscription businesses • Product Manager level: at least one feature or product led from concept through launch with a measurable customer outcome • Product Manager level: rising-star trajectory and comfort owning a defined surface with mentorship • Senior Product Manager level: 5+ years in product, including meaningful time at Senior PM, Principal PM, Group PM, Tech Lead PM, or Founding PM level • Senior Product Manager level: multiple end-to-end shipped products or features with measurable outcomes • Senior Product Manager level: ability to own execution and strategy, defend decisions to the Head of Product and CEO, and mentor and review • Travel required for team weeks, user research, and quarterly planning in Las Vegas • All offers are contingent upon completion of a full background and reference check
