Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap for AI, automation, and user experience initiatives within the Complex Claims platform • Lead end-to-end product discovery, business case development, and execution • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Product Management, and executive stakeholders • Mentor and guide other Product Managers • Collaborate across Revecore service lines to drive shared innovation and platform consistency • Analyze and define business problems across Underpayment Workflows • Perform data research and trend analysis to quantify issues, validate root causes, and prioritize enhancement backlog items • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams • Document and map system logic, data flow, and platform dependencies • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment • Support UAT and production validation • Monitor system performance and recurring issues to inform roadmap decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years of Product Management experience • Leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise software environments • Deep Revenue Cycle Management expertise required • Strong understanding of complex claims, denials, underpayments, payer reimbursement behavior, and operational claim workflows • Experience leading platform-level AI, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives with measurable operational or financial impact • Advanced SQL proficiency required • Ability to analyze large relational datasets, define KPIs, validate business problems, and measure product outcomes • Experience modernizing or optimizing core operational systems and UI/UX within workflow-driven platforms • Technical fluency with APIs, ETL workflows, financial transaction systems, and claims data formats such as 835/837 • Ability to mentor or guide other Product Managers • Executive-level communication and ability to influence Engineering, Operations, Data, and senior leadership • Ability to define product vision and roadmap and write clear, testable user stories in Agile environments • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment • Secure home internet connection with download speeds above 20 Mbps and upload speeds above 10 Mbps • Must reside in the United States in an approved state listed in the posting • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of employment verification and background check
