Beschreibung

• Support delivery of the US medical strategy and build the company's scientific credibility with eyecare professionals and patients • Serve as the medical/scientific reviewer for promotional and educational materials in the MLR process • Verify claim-to-reference linkage, annotate materials, and maintain audit-ready review documentation • Partner with Regulatory and Legal reviewers to drive materials to approval • Improve MLR workflows, SOPs, and reference/claims libraries • Draft, edit, and fact-check scientific and educational content • Develop and maintain standard response documents, FAQs, and slide decks • Support patient case study development • Conduct literature searches for internal concepts, materials, and medical information responses • Support medical information queries and maintain the FAQ and standard-answer database, including Zendesk channels • Support educational content and CE-accredited education for eyecare professionals • Generate content for HCP resource platforms • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies • Support the US Medical Lead in executing the medical strategy and tactical plan • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory/Quality, New Product Development, and Commercial

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field required • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MSc, OD) desirable • Certification or degree in Optometry or Ophthalmic technology is a plus • 3–4 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, medical communications, or a medical communications agency • Prior hands-on experience in Medico-Legal Review (MLR) required • Strength in scientific/medical writing, referencing, and content fact checking • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English • Ability to understand the science and clinical aspects of a product portfolio • Ability to work cross-functionally and diplomatically on complex subject matters • Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent deliverables to deadline • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote setting while staying aligned with the US Medical Lead • Desirable: experience in ophthalmology/optometry, dry eye disease, or ocular surface product areas • Familiarity with MLR/review platforms such as Vodori or Veeva Vault Promo Mats and reference management tools • Exposure to promotional claims development and competitive/clinical study understanding
