Beschreibung

• Support the full spectrum of delivery activities for the Early Stage, Start-Up Accounting offering • Work with founders and senior management to establish systems, processes, and procedures for periodic accounting close and reporting • Support contract management and revenue recognition process setup using Excel models or pre-selected SaaS contract software • Communicate directly with clients and support prospect discovery meetings • Document business requirements and translate them into appropriate service levels • Onboard new clients • Provide direct accounting services and guide management on best-practice accounting and reporting processes • Train and support staff assigned to CAS Tech Start-Ups • Improve client-service processes and technology stacks • Use AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks, optimize workflows, and support continuous process improvement • Participate in qualification calls, discovery sessions, solution architecture, proposal development, presentations, and Statements of Work drafting • Identify additional business opportunities for prospects and existing clients • Maintain client satisfaction ratings meeting firm standards • Provide status reports to the performance manager and project leadership • Track utilization and work time accurately • Assist with training, developing, and mentoring staff • Complete special projects as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting or finance preferred • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' relevant experience in professional services and/or a corporate equivalent • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and financial accounting principles • Strong Excel skills and high aptitude for learning systems • Strong internal and external client-facing skills • Experience following a process-based methodology across project delivery phases • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar preferred • Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and contract management software experience a plus • CPA or similar certification a plus • Ability to solve complex problems promptly while keeping stakeholders informed • Ability to stay current on technical and industry developments • Ability to travel to client sites as needed • Ability to engage client management to solve problems and deliver solutions • Strong communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills • Ability to work remotely and independently or as part of a team • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
