Beschreibung

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close • Manage a portfolio of roles across the Americas and EMEA • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market mapping • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience • Partner closely with hiring managers, running strong intake and calibration conversations • Proactively identify risks, misalignment, and blockers and drive solutions • Manage funnel performance including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill • Drive pace and momentum across multiple concurrent searches • Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, workflows, and outcomes • Contribute to and promote best practices and continuous improvement across the TA team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience hiring for GTM or Technical roles • Experience hiring across Americas and/or EMEA • Background in a SaaS or other dynamic, high-growth environment preferred • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner, influence, and challenge • High ownership mindset; able to manage work independently with minimal direction • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving priorities • Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working across remote, global teams and time zones • Strong sourcing capability and pipeline-building discipline
