Beschreibung

• Lead business development recruitment needs for St. Croix Hospice • Serve as a strategic supporter of the Statewide Leadership Team • Create talent acquisition strategy for the assigned market • Own market strategy and full-cycle recruiting for business development positions, including Hospice Account Executives, Hospice Transition Nurses, and Regional Directors of Business Development • Source and screen active and passive candidates through various recruitment strategies • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify position requirements and conduct intake meetings • Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders • Coordinate and schedule interviews, complete reference checks, manage pipelines, and perform administrative tasks • Extend, prepare, and present offers to candidates with hiring manager input • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and associations to create candidate pipelines • Assess candidate skill sets against position requirements • Manage applicant tracking system data and ensure time-to-fill requirements and reporting data accuracy • Build local recruiting and brand awareness initiatives • Provide recruitment content and communications for external and internal websites, social media, and online job postings • Serve as a cultural representative and provide a positive candidate experience • Support clinical recruitment as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience required • Previous experience in healthcare and recruiting talent across a range of clinical positions highly preferred • Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in creating a local recruiting strategy • Experience attracting and engaging talent while leveraging a variety of recruitment resources • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills • Consultative and customer-oriented approach • Familiarity with job boards, social media for employment branding and applicant tracking systems • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization • Ability to pass DHS background study • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds
