Beschreibung

• Partner with hiring managers, regional leaders, and department heads to understand staffing needs and translate priorities into recruitment strategies • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies, and local industry contacts • Represent Towne at career fairs, community events, and industry associations • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire • Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy • Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through final offer • Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and process improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must reside in the Central Region • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Experience ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, or another multi-site service industry • Experience business partnering directly with hiring managers and building local community or industry relationships strongly preferred • Full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter • Ability to track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA, and FLSA • PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification preferred but not required • Travel of up to 20% may be required
