• As a field sales representative, you will represent the NUK (MedicPro) brand in hospitals across Eastern Germany. • You will work closely with maternity wards, neonatology units and pediatric healthcare professionals. • Your goal is to build trusting relationships, provide professional support to medical staff and continuously expand the use of specialized NUK hospital products. • You will be part of a small, experienced sales team of five people and will independently manage your territory in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony‑Anhalt. • We support your development through regular feedback and access to digital training and continuing education offerings. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics and university hospitals in your region. • Regularly visit wards and specialist departments to support medical staff and present products. • Analyze customer needs and advise on practical, regulation-compliant product solutions. • Analyze territory performance and identify growth and development opportunities. • Introduce NUK MedicPro products into facilities that currently use competitor products. • Represent the brand at congresses, events and professional meetings. • Share market and customer information with internal teams. • Independently plan and organize your sales territory, including travel.
• Minimum: experience in field sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical sector • Confident in interacting and communicating with medical professionals at various hierarchical levels • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Valid driver’s license, high willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays • Advantage: experience as a medical device advisor or clinical background • Experience working with hospitals or purchasing cooperatives in the healthcare sector • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High self-motivation, resilience and curiosity to learn new things • Conversational English
