• Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons across various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google) • Build relationships: Persuade with strong communication skills over the phone and during in-person visits — your charm opens doors! • Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace, clearly demonstrating the benefits for each salon • Lead negotiations confidently to successful contract closures and celebrate each deal • Accurately document your activities in Salesforce and keep your pipeline under constant review • Acquire at least 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission
• You love direct customer contact and excel through your communication and negotiation skills • You have prior sales experience, ideally in field sales, and know how to win customers on-site • Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated • Courage, a sense of humor, respect, personal accountability, and a touch of charm • Fluent in German — additional languages are a plus! • New software and digital tools are not a problem for you but an exciting challenge
