📋 Description

• Build Ouchie’s retail business • Identify exciting retailers and new distribution channels • Proactively reach out to potential retail partners • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels • Engage with everyone from small independent stores to major retail chains • Research relevant buying groups and retailer networks • Attend children’s, toy, lifestyle, and retail trade shows • Build relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers • Build Ouchie’s retail sales function together with the founders • Test new distribution channels, establish processes, and close deals

🎯 Requirements

• Highly self-motivated and hands-on • Hunter mentality and a genuine passion for sales • You do not wait for leads—you find them yourself • Comfortable making cold calls and approaching buyers at major retail chains • Strong commercial understanding • Excited to work with AI tools and build AI-powered processes • Excellent German and English skills • Fast-moving, pragmatic, and solution-oriented • Motivation and ambition matter more than experience • Experience in business development, sales, or key account management is a plus • Experience in retail, FMCG, baby and children’s products, or consumer brands is a plus • Existing contacts among buyers or distributors are a plus • Experience with drugstores, toy retailers, specialist children’s retailers, or pharmacies is a plus
