📋 Description

• Lead technical deployment and customer enablement of 1Password's product suite for large and strategically important enterprise customers • Own hands-on configuration, integration, validation, and rollout of Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Device Trust, and Unified Access as available • Partner with the Project Manager on timelines, dependencies, and internal coordination while owning technical delivery and customer enablement • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects on customer environments, architecture, and implementation approaches • Build customer-specific deployment strategies and training plans based on security posture, business goals, and workflows • Deliver advanced, customized virtual training for enterprise administrators and end users • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating technical concepts into business value • Manage escalated implementation situations and de-escalate issues with customers and internal teams • Identify and mitigate implementation risks and execute resolution strategies • Stay current on product updates, features, and integrations and share knowledge with the broader team • Develop implementation playbooks, training curricula, configuration guides, deployment frameworks, and enablement resources • Mentor Implementation Managers and junior team members • Recommend and drive improvements to team practices, processes, documentation, and the customer journey • Develop AI-powered workflows, automation, and tools to improve delivery and customer time-to-value • Contribute to the growth strategy of the Implementations function • Occasionally represent 1Password at customer meetings, industry events, or team offsites; some travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French • Excellent Spanish communication is a plus • 6+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, customer onboarding, or a related B2B SaaS function • Track record leading enterprise software deployments for large, complex, or strategically critical organizations • Advanced technical expertise deploying SaaS products in enterprise environments • Deep working knowledge of identity providers (IdPs), SSO, SCIM, Active Directory, MDM, device trust, and Zero Trust security frameworks • Expert understanding of business cases for enterprise security, IT operations, and SaaS governance tools • Ability to manage complex, high-visibility enterprise engagements with competing priorities • Ability to design and deliver advanced virtual training and enablement programs for enterprise customers • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong judgment identifying and resolving technical issues, leading de-escalation, and driving outcomes autonomously • Builder's mindset toward AI, including developing AI tools, workflows, solutions, and automation • Experience mentoring and coaching peers and junior team members • Familiarity with SCIM, AD/LDAP, CLI, SSO, BYOD, MDM, SaaS discovery, and device posture concepts • Familiarity with 1Password or enterprise-scale identity and access management, password management, device trust, or SaaS management solutions is a bonus • Must live in the UK and already be legally authorized to work in the countries listed in the job posting; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transferring is offered • Successful applicants must complete a background check
