📋 Description

• Manage and develop our distribution partners in the DACH region with a focus on dentistry and dental technology • Act as the primary contact for partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — building strong relationships • Implement strategic sales initiatives and ensure revenue growth • Identify and realize new business opportunities together with our customers • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs — maintaining a clear overview • Revenue responsibility for your accounts and active support of the entire sales process to ensure an optimal customer experience • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product Trainers • Attend trade shows, congresses and customer events

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the dental, MedTech or software industry • Degree in Business Administration or comparable professional experience • Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital solutions • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a convincing presence • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong closing orientation • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style • High willingness to travel
