📋 Description

• Achieve consistent top-line sales growth with assigned Strategic accounts • Develop, maintain and grow the sales pipeline • Represent Strategic Accounts to key decision makers at various levels and locations • Lead a virtual team of Sales and Sales Support professionals across multiple states and regions • Create, plan and implement detailed account plans and complete objectives on time • Develop player maps and connect key sponsors on both sides to build longer partnerships • Drive early-stage engagement to influence automation-friendly specifications • Lead and manage multi-year and multi-location sales programs and projects • Develop product portfolio knowledge and create customer value propositions and portfolio offerings, including robots, accessories, function packages, robotic cells, turnkey systems, and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management roles • Strong preference for candidates with knowledge and contacts with the data centre automation space • Experience dealing with complex decision-making units (DMUs) within large global customer organizations • Experience with customers, including sales, problem resolution and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel up to 50%
