📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end ADHD and autism assessment processes • Schedule reviews, assessments, and multidisciplinary team meetings • Act as the central liaison between clinical teams, Integrated Care Boards, educational settings, service users, and families • Maintain accurate records and input clinical data into electronic patient record systems • Prepare and distribute pre-assessment documentation and consent forms • Help deliver vital healthcare assessment services across the UK

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role with multiple competing priorities • Background in patient-facing roles or NHS administration is helpful • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders • Strong organisational and time management skills • Keen eye for detail and accuracy • Compassionate and resilient approach when supporting service users and families • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team
