📋 Description

• Deliver a full 360 permanent recruitment service on a Permanent Doctors desk • Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and successful candidate placement • Build and develop relationships with new, existing and lapsed clients • Conduct business development activities including cold calling, networking and client meetings • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience by understanding requirements and providing suitable recruitment solutions • Conduct regular client service reviews and account management activities • Generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities • Work towards financial objectives, KPIs and billing targets • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the manager • Support Pulse Healthcare's healthcare recruitment services placing primary care professionals across the UK
