📋 Description

• Drive sales activity and strategy by identifying and managing prospects • Contribute to sales strategy development • Balance outreach, demonstrations, and follow-up tasks • Lead customer engagement through in-person and virtual presentations • Demonstrate the Acturis platform • Negotiate technical and commercial terms • Represent Acturis at industry events • Develop deep knowledge of the Acturis system for detailed demonstrations • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive CRM database of prospective customers • Lead projects, shape strategy, and mentor others • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline • Present solutions to clients and deliver software demonstrations • Represent the business at meetings, events, and networking opportunities • Travel nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales expertise and deep industry insight • Strong understanding of insurance operations • Consistent record of winning new business • Ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline • Sharp negotiation and commercial communication skills • Confidence presenting to clients • Ability to deliver compelling software demonstrations • Ability to represent the business effectively at meetings, events, and networking opportunities • Independence, organisation, and adaptability • Strong Microsoft 365 skills • Ability to learn new systems quickly, ideally including Acturis • Flexibility for nationwide travel • Full UK driving licence • Must be based outside London, Greater London, and the South East • Must have the right to work in the UK • Acturis is unable to offer sponsorship for this position
