• Full-cycle sales experience: you've done your own prospecting, run discovery, negotiated, and closed without relying on handoffs • Proven ability to sell to C-suite and senior decision makers • Experience opening new markets or territories. You know what it takes to create pipeline from nothing and don't need a playbook handed to you • Comfort operating across multiple European markets. You understand that selling in London, Berlin, and Paris are three different conversations • Comfort building in ambiguous environments: you've opened new markets or territories before and know what it takes to create motion from scratch
