📋 Description

• Own growth for FIS’s Hybrid Funds proposition across the UK and Europe • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving investment managers and fund administrators • Position the value of an integrated, front-to-back operating model for hybrid, semi-liquid and unitized funds • Develop a deep understanding of client operating models across front, middle and back-office functions • Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline aligned to regional growth targets • Partner closely with product, solution consulting and delivery teams to shape client-specific proposals • Articulate ecosystem benefits including data unification, workflow automation, operational scale and regulatory readiness • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear forecast visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven enterprise sales experience in financial technology or asset servicing solutions • Strong understanding of private markets, alternatives and hybrid fund structures • Experience selling complex, multi-module platforms or ecosystem-based solutions • Ability to engage credibly with COO, CFO, Head of Operations and Technology leadership • Demonstrated success managing long, consultative sales cycles • Established network within UK and European alternative investment markets • Excellent communication, discovery and value-based selling skills.
