📋 Description

• Support the growth of member businesses through the successful placement of difficult and specialist insurance risks • Provide expert market insight and guidance on products, insurer appetite and placement strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters across partner insurers and group markets • Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurer products and solutions available to members • Support strategic initiatives that increase the use of partner insurer markets and strengthen existing relationships • Manage workloads through internal systems, procedures and reporting processes • Contribute to team objectives, service levels and business targets • Participate in business projects and initiatives supporting the wider network strategy • Work closely with insurers, brokers and industry partners to help members place complex and hard-to-place risks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within the insurance sector, either in broking or underwriting • Strong technical insurance knowledge and understanding of broking processes • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Professional and confident telephone manner • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Strong organisational and time management skills • Cert CII qualification or working towards this is desirable • Experience using Acturis and maintaining accurate reporting records is desirable • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is desirable • Relevant employment, address, credit history and standard criminal record checks prior to commencing employment • Uphold company values and act professionally and respectfully • Contribute to an inclusive workplace free from bullying, harassment, victimisation and inappropriate behaviours
