📋 Description

• Lead a team of 100+ employees responsible for Consulting Delivery and customer success • Develop and execute regional strategic plans for Consulting Delivery • Define regional delivery requirements and build capacity plans • Deliver annual regional revenue exceeding $50M and bookings exceeding $80M • Engage senior customer executives and co-create strategic plans • Partner with EMEA Enterprise Customer Group leadership on service sales and delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional, customer-facing teams • Coach teams to connect work to business outcomes and drive growth • Establish workplans, anticipate risks, and surface growth opportunities • Attract, hire, retain, and develop consultants • Foster career development, global collaboration, and high standards • Champion company culture and values • Conduct performance reviews, career advancement planning, and succession planning • Lead organizational change and process improvement initiatives • Monitor business metrics, evaluate performance, and provide executive reporting • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field • Strong financial acumen with experience in team leadership, budget allocation, and resource optimization • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency • Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and motivate high-performing teams • In-depth knowledge of the industry needs of Autodesk customers • Comprehensive understanding of consulting metrics and KPIs with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to deliver superior customer experiences and foster long-term relationships • Ability to travel up to 30% per year • Strong understanding of the Autodesk product portfolio and customer base
