📋 Description

• Lead planning, writing, editing, and execution of internal communications aligned with organizational goals • Audit and review communications for functions, projects, and regions • Improve communication reach and engagement across employee groups • Advise and partner with leadership teams and project owners on internal communications • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution • Research and apply communication best practices • Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and relationship-building across regions • Lead, coach, and develop communications professionals • Manage and lead group-level HR communications strategies and activities • Support the Chief People Officer and HR Leadership Team • Oversee Sustainability and Product Innovation communications in partnership with the Group Sustainability team • Lead group-wide internal communications programs aligned with Brambles strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in business communications and communications strategy • Experience with employee engagement and internal communications • Experience providing communication counsel to leadership teams and project owners • Strategic planning and tactical execution skills • Project delivery and prioritization skills • Coaching, mentorship, and team leadership experience • Storytelling and communication management skills • Inclusive leadership and leading change capabilities • Self-awareness, collaboration, and disruptive thinking • Ability to work with global, remote, and field-based employee groups
