📋 Description

• Deliver a relationship managed service to a portfolio of valued clients within the Business Banking segment • Build lasting relationships to grow portfolio volume and value • Deliver excellent service through face-to-face meetings, video, telephone and email channels • Use a proactive contact strategy to understand client needs and provide commercial, profitable advice • Encourage customers to adopt Mentor’s digital and self-service channels • Deliver new business growth through referrals, networking and business generation activities • Lead new business prospect meetings and relationship-building activities • Collaborate with the Consultancy Delivery team to deliver services in line with customer expectations and timescales • Manage client retention and renewal pricing conversations • Maintain an up-to-date contact strategy plan focused on new business income and agreed income goals • Support clients and colleagues with complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Professional qualifications in Employment Law or HR • CIPD level 5 as a minimum • Extensive experience in a role relating to employment law, employment relations or HR • Background in providing advice for complex matters • Extensive experience of identifying customer needs, identifying risks and prioritising recommendations • Ability to identify and lead business solutions and bespoke service offerings to customers • Ability to provide commercial price quotes • Excellent time management skills • Flexible approach to serve customers at times that meet their needs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
