📋 Description

• Own day-to-day HR operations for RemotePass's internal, globally distributed team • Maintain and update HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems; fix issues and simplify processes • Serve as the go-to point of contact for HR queries and issues, resolving matters promptly • Run performance review cycles end-to-end, including setup, coordination, and follow-through • Manage onboarding and offboarding for the internal team • Own time-off policies and day-to-day HR administration • Maintain compliance with internal HR policies and local employment requirements across team locations • Track and report HR metrics including onboarding completion, ticket resolution, and compliance status • Collaborate with leadership, Finance, and Payroll to support the internal team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR / People Operations with strong hands-on, day-to-day delivery experience • Proven experience running HR operations for a distributed or remote, multi-country team • Background at a startup, scaleup, tech company, EOR, or HR tech company is a strong advantage • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance review cycles, HR and recruitment tools, including an ATS • Excellent organisational and process skills with attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable being the operational go-to person in a fast-changing, remote-first environment • Fluent in English
