📋 Description

• Own HR for the Portfolio Team across the full employee lifecycle • Design and roll out the employee value proposition • Support employees and partner with management on people decisions • Own talent, succession, and development thinking for the population • Shape engagement, culture, and employer value proposition with a personalised approach • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding for new Portfolio Team members • Use AI to improve the employee experience and identify efficiency or automation opportunities • Lead compensation and reward, including benchmarking and creative recognition • Partner with suppliers such as benefits brokers on commercials, contracts, enhancements, and training • Advise on sensitive people issues and minimise risk • Manage the employee exit experience • Establish and maintain policies, payroll and benefits administration, legal entity structure, and people data management • Become the expert on the core HR systems • Build and maintain a standalone HR function for approximately 45 Portfolio Team employees

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience at HRBP, senior HRBP, or HR Manager level • Direct experience working with C-suite stakeholders • Experience working both strategically and operationally • Comfortable working with data, data analysis, and sharing insights with audiences from employees to C-suite • Personally led sensitive or complex employee-relations cases from start to finish without close oversight • Highly commercial, discreet, and credible in front of senior executives • Experience working with UK-based and North American employee populations • Right to work in the UK • Workday experience is advantageous but not essential • Software industry experience is advantageous but not essential
