📋 Description

• Support the Inner London retail region, partnering directly with a Regional Manager, four Area Managers and store leadership teams • Own the region's people agenda and provide hands-on employee relations support • Lead and manage investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working and family leave cases • Coach and develop managers in people management • Identify trends and root causes and implement proactive solutions to reduce employee-relations activity • Deliver training on employment law, policy and best practice • Maintain a visible presence in stores and coach leaders and teams • Partner with leaders and the Retail Recruitment Advisor on talent attraction, development and retention • Support succession planning and identify future talent opportunities • Drive performance and talent conversations and ensure development plans are in place • Support recruitment activity, new store openings and hiring-manager capability • Build relationships with regional and area leadership teams • Use people data and insights to influence business decisions • Support People initiatives, projects and change programmes • Drive engagement, inclusion and leadership capability • Contribute to continuous improvement of People processes, policies and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner role within a multi-site environment, ideally retail or hospitality • Strong employee relations expertise with the confidence to independently manage complex cases • Commercial mindset and ability to translate business challenges into practical people solutions • Proven experience coaching and influencing leaders at multiple levels • Strong understanding of talent, performance and succession planning • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Right to live and work in the UK
