• Own and grow strategic relationships with agency holding groups and DSP partners • Act as a senior strategic advisor to key stakeholders across agencies and platforms • Drive measurable revenue growth across EMEA through PMP deals, SPO initiatives, and platform adoption • Build and manage a portfolio of high-impact partnerships with clear revenue accountability • Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership agreements • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies tied to revenue outcomes • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels and formats • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable partner-driven solutions • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations linked to business growth • Represent ConnectAd at industry events and executive-level engagements
• 8–12+ years experience in programmatic advertising or platform partnerships • Strong network across DSPs and agency holding groups • Proven success managing high-value strategic partnerships • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem • Strong commercial and negotiation skills • Experience working across EMEA markets • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Professional working proficiency in English
