📋 Description

• Assist in the management and operational execution of interconnected Talent Acquisition projects • Manage project components and support systemic integration efforts • Advise HR and the business as a subject matter expert with insights, trends, and recommendations • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and support continuous improvement • Support resource allocation across projects and help resolve resource conflicts or duplications • Set enterprise standards and infrastructure for policies, processes, systems, and tools, and evaluate effectiveness • Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies • Monitor and report project KPIs to the Program Manager and stakeholders • Implement and communicate project initiatives aligned with business and Talent Acquisition strategy • Coordinate inputs and outputs with project managers and team members, including regionalizing global work or standards • Assist with change initiatives and adoption of new processes and strategies • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards and support audit activities • Lead regional talent attraction and employer brand activation campaigns • Coordinate regional recruitment marketing, social media, talent channels, sourcing partnerships, and priority talent campaigns • Improve the regional candidate experience and recruitment journey consistency • Drive Talent Acquisition process excellence using Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving • Lead regional pilots and implementation of new TA processes, technologies, and tools • Act as regional change and adoption lead for TA • Connect regional TA teams with global and center-of-excellence teams • Partner with Communications, Marketing, Sourcing, Early Careers, HR, and TA leadership • Define reporting and analytics requirements and use data to prioritize improvements • Support diversity talent attraction objectives • Establish governance and regional standards for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and TA processes • Manage regional budgets, vendors, and external partners • Build capability across the regional TA community • Maintain a prioritized regional roadmap for brand and process initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related areas are preferred • Equivalent experience is preferred as an alternative to the professional certifications • Good depth of experience in project support or management, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function • Capability in managing projects or components within larger programs • Experience with external talent sourcing methodologies and tools • Data analytics, statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches • Human Resources consulting and business process execution knowledge • Ability to ensure compliance with process and legal requirements • Technology savvy and ability to adopt digital and technology applications
